The complete birth preparation course for couples who want this service privately from the comfort of their own home, or who are unable to attend the group times. Having a private course allows even more tailored lessons to address your specific aims from the course. Please explore my website to help you understand what Hypnobirthing offers. The dates and times to be agreed with myself and the couple, this will be delivered either in 4 sessions of 2 hours, or 2 sessions of 4.5 hours (allowing for a break).
