Like many first-time mothers, I spent a lot of my pregnancy feeling anxious about giving birth, especially when all I seemed to hear from friends and family were their own difficult and sometimes traumatic birthing experiences.

But I quickly found out that it didnt need to be like that. Jenny introduced me to the concept of hypnoborthing which, to be honest, I was a bit doubtful of before I approached her. But I found Jenny's professional background and knowledge very reassuring so I took the plunge and gave it a go. Jenny was amazing at explaining everything to me, and it showed me that I could make hypnobirthing personal to me, it wasn't just a "one size fits all" approach.

Hypnobirthing was, for me, one of the best things I ever did to prepare for giving birth. I think, as long as you go in with an open mind, you will get something from it. My birthing experience was a positive one and completely different for what I was expecting, and I can't thank Jenny enough for that. Would 100% recommend.

I am so glad I did this. I enrolled on an intensive 1-1 version online as I was short on time and live remotely. Jenny was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, kind and adaptable. She tailored the content to fit what I needed and provided me with excellent advice and support, not just during the course but also right up to labour and beyond. With Jenny’s help I felt empowered to make the decisions that felt right for me and my baby. I felt so much more confident and relaxed and this helped to make birth an amazing, positive experience. This was my second time giving birth and I wasnt sure hypnobirthing would work for me but I used the relaxation, visualisation and breathing techniques before and during the birth and couldn’t have imagined how much they would help. I would 100% recommend this course.

Brilliant class for first time Mums and beyond! Jenny provides insightful, accessible information relating to pregnancy, covering pertinent topics such as breastfeeding, fear and birth, induction etc. This, alongside a focus on relaxation during pregnancy, creates a wonderful environment to provide soon to be Mumma’s with some much needed calm and confidence at a pivotal point in their journey.
