A complete antenatal and hypnobirthing course including breastfeeding preparation, with a trained hypnobirthing specialist/Health visitor. Check out my monthly hypnobirthing sessions if you want to know more about how this can help transform your experience of child birth and offer so much more than a standard antenatal class. You will receive a your hypnobirthing workbook and hypnobirthing MP3's to practise the tools and techniques you have learnt to support you during labour and birth along with a goody bag of useful things. As a couple you will gain an understanding of what to expect and what options are available to you whatever path your birth takes. It's so important to feel prepared, and also be on the same page so your birth partner can really support you. The course helps birth partners feel more confident in their supportive role and have their own tools to use to make sure you feel truly supported. This is a group course and a great way to meet other likeminded expectant parents, and I will always encourage the group to connect as a great source of support beyond birth. I will be a source of support in my role as your teacher and using my qualifications to answer any questions you may have right up to birth and the days after baby has arrived. The course will run over 4 Thursdays in the centre of Sale, each session laasting approx. 2 hours 30 minutes. . Each session will have a detailed follow up email full of useful information and support.
